Human agility begins with the way you respond the moment you encounter change.

Your capacity to pounce drives change and helps you adjust.

Your capacity to pause sustains change and helps you remain stable.

By taking the Initial Response Index™, you can identify how you influence change. Your pause or pounce score is not an indicator of your speed of adoption, or implementation.  Rather, it helps you understand how you contribute to your team and organization when making decisions and during change.

The IRI is not a personality assessment. It is a situational assessment that identifies your positive contribution and influence during change.
